1. About the Services

Dr Lizelle is a practising OB-GYN and Functional Female Medicine Specialist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). She offers:

• Private consultations via Zoom (South Africa and internationally)
• The Whole Woman Wellness Program — a 6-month private programme
• Perimenopause Workshops (in-person, Garden Route)

All services are provided as professional healthcare services and are subject to the ethical and professional rules of the HPCSA.

2. Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes only. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable South African or international law
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its infrastructure
• Copy, reproduce or distribute any content from this website without written permission

3. Appointments and Bookings

Bookings made through this website (via Calendly) or directly via phone or email are subject to the following conditions:

• Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation from Dr Lizelle's practice.
• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability.
• Payment: Consultation fees are due as agreed at the time of booking. The Whole Woman Wellness Program is payable by monthly debit order.

4. The Whole Woman Wellness Program

Enrolment in the Whole Woman Wellness Program constitutes a 6-month commitment. The following terms apply:

• The monthly debit order of R 2,105 is non-refundable once a session has been completed for that month.
• The programme may be paused in exceptional circumstances at Dr Lizelle's discretion.
• Dr Lizelle reserves the right to terminate the programme where the professional relationship is no longer in the best interest of the client, with reasonable notice provided.
• Hormone laboratory tests are billed separately by the relevant laboratory and are not included in the programme fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, images, logos, programme materials, protocols and resources — is the intellectual property of Dr Lizelle or AetherForge Designs and is protected under applicable copyright law. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:

• Dr Lizelle's liability for any claim arising from the use of this website or any services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• Neither Dr Lizelle nor AetherForge Designs shall be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Third-Party Services

This website may link to or use third-party services including Calendly and Facebook. Dr Lizelle is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of any third-party services. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the services provided shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
